Frequently asked questions

Is the GRAND Luxe suitable for a large open-plan living and dining space?

Yes — with a 230cm 3-seater as the anchor, the GRAND Luxe is specifically designed for larger living spaces. The full 3+2+1 suite creates a natural conversation zone without needing additional furniture to define the area.

Which leg finish should I choose — silver or gold?

Silver legs deliver a clean, contemporary look that pairs beautifully with cooler velvet tones like Black and Grey. Gold legs add warmth and glamour, working especially well with Green and Champagne. Both finishes are polished steel for long-lasting durability.

How do I care for a tufted velvet sofa?

Velvet is more durable than its luxurious appearance suggests. The flat pile resists snagging, and regular light vacuuming with an upholstery attachment keeps it looking pristine. For spills, blot immediately with a dry cloth — avoid rubbing, which can crush the pile. Our Journal guide Velvet Sofa Care: How to Clean, Protect and Keep the Pile Perfect covers the weekly brush, pressure marks, sun and pets, and where the warranty stops and the Guardsman plan starts.

Can I visit a showroom to see the GRAND Luxe before purchasing?

Yes — Furniture & Giftware' Melbourne and Sydney showrooms have this lounge suite on display. We encourage you to visit, sit in it and compare colour and leg combinations in person before deciding.
