Lounge Sets
A lounge set is two sofas that were designed together, so the room never has to be matched by eye.
The Chesterfield set is the scroll-arm classic in fabric. The Savannah and Nora pair a sofa with a round or straight chaise; the Belair and Ava sets fold out to a sofa bed; the Maddox and Austin are the plain-arm fabric sets that disappear into a modern room.
Fitting a 3+2 set into the room
Lay the two sofas at right angles for a corner, or facing across a coffee table for a conversation space — 2.4–3m between the two fronts is the comfortable distance. Keep 80cm of walkway behind any sofa that sits off the wall. Most three-seaters in this range run 2.1–2.4m long, so check the dimensions tab on each product against your wall before ordering.
